Blue Flame Group (PTY) ltd aims to be one of the most efficient and dynamic Black Empowered Female run companies in South Africa.Blue Flame Group is 100% black female owned with a score of 135, making us a BB-EEE Level 1 contributor. Blue Flame Group carries the necessary insurance pertaining to the fire industry which enables the company to operate efficiently. Blue Flame Group is extremely particular about the care of vehicles. Staff is presentable and neat in full P.P.E fire safety gear. Tools are cleaned once a week.
Our Services
Timeslots are provided for clients.Technicians are on call via the Company WhatsApp Chat. Each vehicle is monitored by the company and Bidtrack avoiding delays and also monitoring site progress. A site survey is conducted by our technicians,thereafter a site report is handed to Our Registered Technician. We proceed into quotation. An e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp message is sent to the client to provide quick and efficient service. The client views the quote and provides an order number. Invoices are generated. The technical team takes the invoice onto site and completes the job. A walk about is further provided to the client to ensure work has been concluded.
